First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to rebuild a breast after cancer surgery. It combines a special type of mastectomy done through a small armpit incision with multiple sessions of fat grafting to shape the new breast. The goal is to see if this approach leads to higher patient satisfaction and fewer complications. The study involves 20 women with early-stage breast cancer who choose to have immediate reconstruction.
