Summary

This study compares a new breast reconstruction method done in one surgery through a small armpit incision to the standard two-stage expander-to-implant approach. About 412 women who had a mastectomy at least a year ago will take part. The goal is to see which method has fewer complications, better cosmetic results, and lower costs.
