Summary
This study compares a single dose of radiation to five doses after breast cancer surgery for people with very early-stage breast cancer. The goal is to see if one dose works just as well at preventing the cancer from coming back, while also reducing side effects and improving quality of life. About 134 participants will be followed to track cancer control, complications, and cosmetic results.
