Summary
This study aims to understand if the natural bacteria (microbiome) in a person's gut and breast tissue can predict who gets an infection after breast reconstruction surgery. Researchers will compare patients who receive antibiotics after surgery to those who do not, tracking them for 90 days. The main goal is to see if collecting and analyzing these bacterial samples is a practical method for future research.
