Summary

This study is testing a new drug, MEN1611, given alone and with a chemotherapy called eribulin, for people with advanced breast cancer that has specific genetic changes. The goal is to see if these treatments can help control the cancer and are safe. It is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow after trying other treatments.
