Summary
This study is testing whether a patient navigation program can help women at high risk for breast cancer access and use recommended prevention strategies. The program provides information and monthly phone support to help participants understand their risk and options like genetic counseling, screening, and preventive medications. Researchers want to see if this guided support makes it easier for women to take steps that could lower their breast cancer risk.
