Second chance radiation: can we safely treat breast cancer again?

NCT ID NCT06867484

Summary

This study is testing whether giving radiation treatment a second time is safe for women whose breast cancer has returned in the same breast. Researchers want to understand both the benefits and risks of this approach for patients who have already had radiation therapy. The study will track side effects, cancer recurrence, survival, and how patients feel about their appearance after treatment.
