Summary

This study looks at whether a supervised exercise program can improve quality of life and lower healthcare costs for women with breast cancer who are still getting treatment. About 866 women will either join the exercise program or get standard advice to be active. The goal is to see if structured exercise is a cost-effective way to help patients feel better during a tough time.
