Summary
This study collects blood and tumor samples from 99 breast cancer patients to examine how certain immune cells (myeloid-derived suppressor cells) affect the function of natural killer cells. The goal is to understand immune system interactions and potentially predict chemotherapy responses. Participants must be 18 or older with stage I-III breast cancer.
