First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether starting hormone therapy every other day for one month, then switching to daily, helps patients with early-stage breast cancer take their medication as prescribed. About 240 participants will be randomly assigned to standard daily dosing or the gradual schedule. The goal is to see if the new approach improves tolerability and long-term adherence.
