New drug combo tested to shrink tumors before breast cancer surgery

Summary
This study is testing a newer targeted drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan, given alone or with a hormone-blocking pill (anastrozole), before surgery for early-stage breast cancer. The goal is to see which approach is better at shrinking or eliminating the tumor. It is for people whose cancer is hormone-sensitive and has low levels of a protein called HER2.
