Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a combination of two drugs, cyclophosphamide and veliparib, for people with advanced breast cancer that has spread. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of this drug pair. Researchers will also check if certain markers in a patient's old tumor samples can predict who might benefit most from this treatment.
