Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called SHR-A1811 for women with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain. It aims to see if the drug is safe and effective at controlling the cancer in the brain and spinal fluid. The trial will include two groups: one for patients whose cancer has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord, and another for those with brain tumors but without that specific spread.
