First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at whether giving doctors a free online risk score (PREDICT 2.1) changes how often they order an expensive gene test (Oncotype DX) for early-stage breast cancer. Over 600 patients took part. The goal was to see if the free tool could replace the costly test and speed up treatment decisions.
