Summary

This study tests a new type of radiation therapy that adjusts the beam in real time to better target the area where breast cancer was removed. About 40 women who had breast cancer surgery will receive either a moderate or very short course of this adaptive radiation. The goal is to see if this approach improves accuracy and reduces side effects while still controlling the cancer.
