Summary
This study aimed to understand and reduce long periods of sitting in Black older adults with type 2 diabetes. Researchers worked with 33 participants to learn about their daily habits and co-design strategies to break up sedentary time. The goal was to see if reducing sitting could help manage diabetes and improve heart health markers.
