Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental vaccine designed to prevent cancer in adults with BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutations. The vaccine is given alone or with another drug, followed by a mild electric pulse to help it enter cells. Researchers want to see if it is safe and whether it activates the immune system. The study includes people who have had certain cancers and are now cancer-free, as well as those without cancer.
