Summary

This early-stage study tests an experimental vaccine designed to prevent cancer in adults with BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutations. About 44 participants, including some with past cancer who are now cancer-free, will receive the vaccine alone or with an immune booster. The main goals are to check safety and see if the vaccine activates the immune system.
