Mind over worry: brain training study targets future anxiety

Summary
This study tests whether healthy adults can learn to control a part of their brain linked to worrying about future events. Participants will receive real-time feedback from an MRI scanner to try to change their brain activity. The goal is to see if this training can reduce feelings of anxiety about things that haven't happened yet.
