Brain training may ease 'Brain Fog' in older adults after COVID
NCT ID NCT07171450
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests whether a neuroscience-based computer brain training program can improve memory and thinking in older adults (60+) who have had cognitive problems for at least 12 weeks after a confirmed COVID-19 infection. Researchers will compare the brain training to other computer activities in 75 participants over 7 months, and also check if it reduces inflammation markers in the blood. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to ease post-viral cognitive symptoms.
