Tracking the hidden risk after brain surgery
NCT ID NCT07411690
Summary
This study aims to understand how often a protective fluid around the brain leaks after surgery to remove a brain tumor. Researchers will follow 200 adult patients to see who develops a leak, identify what factors make it more likely, and track how doctors manage it. The goal is to gather information that could help reduce this complication and improve recovery for future patients.
