Summary
This study tests an experimental drug to see if it can change how the brain processes decisions involving reward or risk in people with major depression or anxiety disorders. Participants will undergo brain scans and complete behavioral tasks while taking the drug or a placebo. The goal is to understand the brain circuits involved, not to provide a treatment.
