Summary

This study is testing a safe, home-based brain stimulation technique called RS-tDCS+ combined with cognitive training to improve attention in 160 active-duty service members and veterans who have had a mild traumatic brain injury. Participants will receive either real or sham stimulation while doing computer-based attention exercises. The goal is to see if this approach can sharpen focus and reduce symptoms like memory problems and concentration difficulties.
