Magnetic pulses to the brain: a new hope for youth mental health?
NCT ID NCT06892847
Summary
This study is testing if a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment called TMS can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression in children and teenagers. It will involve 120 young people aged 6 to 18 who have been diagnosed with these conditions. The goal is to see if this drug-free approach, which uses magnetic pulses to stimulate brain activity, can be a safe and effective option for youth mental health care.
