Shocking discovery: brain zaps may help stroke patients walk again

Summary

This study looks at whether a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can help stroke survivors learn to walk better. Researchers will test 70 people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. Participants will receive brain stimulation while practicing stepping and walking, and the team will measure improvements in movement and brain activity.
