Summary
This study aimed to test whether gentle electrical brain stimulation could help people with severe depression that hasn't improved with at least five different antidepressant medications or other treatments. Participants would have received either real or fake stimulation sessions while continuing their usual care. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
