Summary
This study compares two types of brain stimulation—accelerated theta burst and high-frequency TMS—against a sham (fake) treatment to see if they can improve cognitive problems like memory and attention in people with treatment-resistant schizophrenia. Ninety adults on clozapine will receive 20 sessions over 4 weeks. Researchers will measure thinking skills, social cognition, and brain activity changes up to 12 weeks later.
