Summary
This study tests a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation method called tTIS in 40 older adults (ages 60-80) with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). The goal is to see if it can improve thinking, memory, and the ability to walk while doing another task. Researchers will also use brain scans to understand how the stimulation affects the brain.
