Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive electrical brain stimulation technique can help reduce pain in people with fibromyalgia. Researchers will apply a mild current to the brain's surface for 20 minutes during a single session. They will measure changes in participants' pain levels and brain activity to see if this approach offers relief.
