First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at why people with Alzheimer's disease become agitated or aggressive, and tests if a gentle brain stimulation technique called tDCS can help. Researchers will use magnetic pulses and brain wave recordings to understand brain changes in 90 participants, including those with and without agitation. The goal is to find safer, non-drug ways to manage these challenging symptoms.
