Summary
This study is testing a non-invasive brain stimulation technique to see if it can improve memory, attention, and other thinking skills in people with stable bipolar disorder. Researchers will use magnetic pulses targeted at a specific brain circuit while participants do computer-based thinking exercises. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for the cognitive problems that often persist even when mood symptoms are under control.
