Summary
This study uses a special MRI technique to measure brain stiffness in people with Alzheimer's, mild cognitive impairment, and healthy volunteers. Researchers want to see if brain stiffness can serve as a new marker to detect Alzheimer's disease. The study involves 450 participants and is being conducted at Mayo Clinic.
