NCT ID NCT04191811

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study is testing whether brain scans can predict how well people with depression, insomnia, or social anxiety will respond to internet-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT). Researchers will compare brain scan data with patients' own expectations to see which is better at forecasting treatment success. The goal is to improve treatment decisions and reduce the number of people who don't get better with standard care.
