Summary

This study tests whether vibrating certain muscles can help the brain recover after a stroke or traumatic brain injury. Researchers will measure changes in nerve and brain activity in 56 people with leg weakness. The goal is to understand how this therapy might promote brain rewiring, not to cure the condition.
