Routine brain scans could catch hidden metastases in advanced breast cancer

Summary
This study looks at whether getting a brain MRI every 6 months can find brain tumors earlier in people with stage IV breast cancer who have no brain symptoms. About 156 participants will be randomly assigned to either regular scans or standard care (scans only if symptoms appear). The goal is to see if earlier detection changes treatment options and improves outcomes.
