First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study uses advanced brain scans to see how chemotherapy changes the brain in women aged 65 and older with early-stage breast cancer. The goal is to better understand why some older patients experience memory or thinking problems after chemo, which could lead to better support in the future.
