First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study is testing whether routine brain MRI scans can detect breast cancer that has spread to the brain in patients with certain types of advanced breast cancer. Researchers will follow 214 participants over time to see if early detection improves quality of life and reduces symptoms. The goal is to learn if screening MRIs should become standard care for these patients.
