Summary

This study is testing a special MRI technique that uses a substance called hyperpolarized 13C-pyruvate to look at how brain metastases (tumors that spread to the brain) use energy. The goal is to see if this scan can help doctors understand which tumors are more likely to resist radiation therapy. About 276 participants will be enrolled to see if the technique is feasible and provides useful information.
