New vaccine trial targets cancer that spreads to the brain
NCT ID NCT07199413
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a new vaccine, combined with an existing immunotherapy drug, is safe and practical for patients whose cancer has spread to the brain or spinal fluid. It will involve about 20 patients whose cancer has worsened despite standard treatments. The main goal is to check for serious side effects and see if patients can complete the nine-cycle treatment plan.
