Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of an experimental drug called berzosertib when given alongside standard whole-brain radiation therapy. It involves patients with lung cancer that has spread to the brain. The hope is that combining the drug with radiation may work better than current treatments to control the cancer in the brain.
