Brain cancer trial tests if timing of radiation improves survival

Summary
This study aims to find out if giving a precise, high-dose radiation treatment before surgery works better than giving it after surgery for brain tumors that have spread from other cancers. It will enroll 140 adults with a single brain tumor that surgeons can remove. The main goal is to see which timing leads to better control of the cancer in the brain, fewer side effects, and better quality of life.
