Summary

This early-phase trial tests a drug called berzosertib combined with whole brain radiation for people with lung cancer that has spread to the brain. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see what side effects occur. About 15 adults with non-small cell, small cell, or neuroendocrine lung cancer will take part. The study does not aim to cure the cancer but to control its spread and improve treatment options.
