First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a new approach called pharmacoscopy, which quickly analyzes a patient's own brain tumor cells in the lab to see which drugs kill the cancer while sparing healthy cells. The goal is to see if this personalized method helps patients with brain metastases who have run out of standard treatment options live longer. About 102 adults will participate, and their outcomes will be compared to those receiving usual care.
