Summary

This study looks at how insulin in the brain influences the immune system when overweight people exercise. Eight participants will take part in bike fitness tests after receiving either an insulin nasal spray or a placebo spray. The goal is to understand the connection between brain insulin resistance and immune responses during physical activity.
