NCT ID NCT04242602
First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at two new methods to measure how well the brain controls its own blood flow after a serious injury in children. Researchers monitored 29 children in the intensive care unit using special analysis of blood pressure and brain oxygen levels. The goal was to find better ways to assess brain health and guide treatment, not to test a new drug or cure.
