Summary
This study aimed to understand how a non-invasive light therapy, called transcranial photobiomodulation, affects brain blood vessel health and cognitive function like memory and thinking. It involved 24 adults aged 18-80 who received up to eight light therapy sessions over four weeks. The goal was to gather knowledge on whether this approach could be a future strategy for supporting brain health, not to provide a treatment.
