Summary
This study invites adults 18 and older to join an online registry that tracks brain health over time. Participants fill out questionnaires and take cognitive tests on the BrainHealthRegistry.org website. The goal is to gather data to speed up research on Alzheimer's and other brain diseases. No treatments are tested—just observation and data collection.
