Summary
This pilot study tests whether a special wire can safely measure blood flow in the brain's smallest blood vessels right after a stroke clot is removed. The goal is to understand why some patients still have disability even when the main artery is reopened. Fifteen adults who had a stroke and successful clot removal will be enrolled. The study only checks if the measurement is possible and safe, not whether it improves outcomes.
