Summary
This study aims to better understand how various brain diseases progress over time. Researchers will follow about 500 adults with symptoms of conditions like Parkinson's disease or dementia for several years. Participants will have yearly check-ups that may include brain scans, memory tests, and blood draws to look for patterns linked to their symptoms.
