Summary
This study is testing a new combination treatment for children and young adults with aggressive brain cancers that have returned or are newly diagnosed. The treatment combines a vaccine designed to train the immune system to attack the cancer with a drug (nivolumab) that helps the immune system work better. The main goals are to see if this combination is safe and if it can help patients live longer.
