Summary
This study is testing an oral drug called zotiraciclib for people whose aggressive brain tumors (gliomas) have come back after prior treatment. It is specifically for patients whose tumors have certain genetic changes (IDH1 or IDH2 mutations). The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can help control the cancer's growth for a longer period.
